Autocorrect is a great feature of most cell phones, however, it can sometimes change words to something you didn't intend.
Our software requires accurate keyword entry.
Adding an alias provides other acceptable entries so the user doesn't get an error and it's directed to the correct keyword.
An alias is used mainly when we think someone will text incorrectly - or autocorrect may take control.
For example: The keyword is MAXGIVE
I added an alias of MAX GIVE in case autocorrect adds a space between words.
Now, the mobileAxept software will recognize MAX[space]GIVE as an acceptable replacement and direct the user to keyword MAXGIVE.
Our software automatically accepts keywords with an added or removed "S" at the end by default.
When adding a keyword, consider if your selected keyword may be easily misspelled and request an alias. from our support team.
