ConnectNow Guide
ConnectNow allows new members to engage with churches and ministries by expressing interesting in joining, submitting prayer requests and similar actions. ConnectNow consists of a keyword that a user texts in to the customer’s short code to receive a link to a configurable online form.
The user fills out this form, saving the information to a database, allowing an administrator to view requests at a convenient time. Customer’s will work with their mobileAxept representative to choose a ConnectNow keyword and configure their form.
Connect Now Welcome Form
The welcome screen allows the customer to configure the form with a welcome message of up to 2000 characters, though 300 is the recommended maximum. The customer may elect to show or hide the following fields.
Please note that no fields are required, allowing the user to submit as much or as little information as they choose.
First Name: The first name of the user.
Last Name: The last name of the user.
Address: The address consisting of two lines of address (for street and apartment number), city, state, country and zip code.
Email: The email address of the user. Note that this email address is not validated and should not be included in any mass mailing campaigns.
Comment: A free form comment left by the user of up to 2000 characters.

Viewing ConnectNow Submissions
Church or ministry administrators may view and report on submitted reach now requests by logging in to the customer portal and selecting Reporting then ConnectNow Requests from the menu.
Getting Started:
Select Reporting in the navigation bar, then from the drop down, select ConnectNow Requests as shown in the image below.
This will bring you to a landing page to select a date range for your report.
Enter in the desired date range and then click Search.
You will then see the submission from that date range.
You can either download this data to a CSV file or print the page.
