Transaction Detail Report
Getting Started:
Select Reporting in the navigation bar, then from the drop down, select Transaction Detail Report as shown in the image below.

Report Detail Break Down

Date-Time Range
The time zone for the date range is indicated next to the field. This time zone is based off of your user profile time zone and can be changed under your user settings
- The From and To dates have a default format of month, day, year: mm/dd/yyyy
- For example for July 18, 2018 the acceptable formatting is 07/18/2018
- The From and To times have a default format of HH:mm (hh:mm a)
- The time input is flexible, you can type in any of the following formats:
- 12am or 12 AM
- 12:00am or 12:00 AM
- 12:00 or 24:00
- When you leave the time field, each of these inputs will be automatically updated to the default format.
Note, the From time is inclusive and the To time is exclusive - the report will show all transactions processed between the From and To datetimes.

Filtering Date-Time Range
You choose to filter transactions either by:
- Transaction Time - time of the actual donation or purchase
- Batch Settlement Time - the time the transaction was batched by your processor to your bank (for reconciliation purposes)

Filters
Filters can be used when looking for a specific phone number or status
- Phone Number Filter:
- Here you can filter your report to only include donations from a specific phone number
- Status
- The Status filter is defaulted to only output “Approved” transactions, meaning transaction attempts that were not declined. Alternatively, the report can show “Declined” transaction, transaction attempts that were not successful, or “Both” to include both successful and unsuccessful transactions.

Keywords
Keywords are organized into two sections:
- Active - keywords that are currently active and available for transactions
- Inactive - keywords that are currently inactive and not available for transactions
- Note - to modify a keyword’s active status go to “Keyword Management” > Keyword List
Each keyword can be individually selected, or selected by active status
- The checkbox next to the keyword
- Click on the Active Keywords or Inactive Keywords button

Group (Site Tags)
If your account is configured with Groups (Site Tags)
You can select keywords based on their group.
- Like the Active and Inactive buttons, you can click on the Site Tag boxes to select or deselect keywords

Additional Options

Order By

By default the order by field is set to Transaction Time. Choices include:

- Transaction Time - the most recent donation will show at the top

- Phone Number - donations will be grouped by phone number

- Transaction Status - donations will be grouped by approved or declined

Field Selection
Using the “Selected Fields” buttons, you can choose which reportable fields you want to include on your report.
To select or deselect all fields, click on the "Select All Fields" Button.
To select multiple fields, you can hold down the “ctrl” key (command key for mac users) and click multiple fields.

Fields – Defined
Here we will shortly describe each field
Transaction Detail Fields
- Transaction Timestamp - the date a transaction was processed
- Keyword - the keyword used to give to a fund
- Keyword Label/Description - the keyword description (or label on online/app)
- Amount - the amount given with this donation
- Fund Owner - the labeled owner of the fund (on receipts to donors)
- Settlement Time - the time that the donation was processed
- Settlement Batch ID - the id of the batch
Donor/User Detail Fields
- Phone Number - the donor’s phone number
- First Name - the first name of the donor
- Last Name - the last name of the donor
- Full Address - The address of the donor
- Street Address - the street of the donor’s residence
- City - the city of the donor’s residence
- State - the state of the donor’s residence
- Country - the country of the donor’s residence
- Postal Code - the postal code of the donor’s residence
- Shipping address - the donor’s shipping address
- Email - the donor’s email address
Payment Detail Fields
- Card Type - the type of card the donor used
- Card Last 4 - the last 4 numbers of the card used
- Card Exp - the expiration date of the card used
- Gateway Account Number - the gateway used for this batch
- Group/Site Tag - the group/site tag this donation went to
- Status - shows if the donation was processed or declined
- Gateway payment ID - the id of the gateway of this batch
- Access Number - a number given to each fund by mobileAxept
- Short Code - the phone number used to text2give to a fund
- Channel - how a donation was given, typical values are “Text”, “Online”, or “App”
- MAX Transaction ID - a donation’s unique ID
Running and Downloading Reports
To run the report and get your data, click “Run Report”
If you want a text or csv copy of your report, click “Download Data”
If you want an image or pdf of your report, click “Print this Page”

Saving Report Options
When you click “Run Report” all of your report options are automatically saved for your report, so that the next time you login, you’ll be right where you left off!
What this means is that your Start and End Date and Times will be right where you left them, along with any specific changes you might have made to your keyword filter or field selection options.
Each report setting is unique to your user, meaning multiple users within an account can have their own saved date range, keyword, or field options.
